  Thank you for your purchase from EcoHome.pk. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you're completely happy with your order. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return and refund policy outlined below.

   

  RETURNS & REFUNDS

  All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.

  RETURN PROCESS

  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or via WhatsApp to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

  Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase (invoice/receipt). Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

  Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for your return shipment.

  REFUND PROCESSING

  After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For cash on delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer - please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.

  You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  EXCHANGES

  We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  - Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  - Customized or personalized products
  - Items without original packaging or tags

  CANCELLATIONS
